Corey is highly motivated and passionate about fitness, His determination is second to none
Corey has been involved in numerous sporting activities throughout his life.
Coming from a triathlete and national Base Ball background Corey knows what it takes to achieve the best in himself and more importantly, in others.
Corey has competed in several Olympic distance triathlons, both nationally and internationally levels as well as competing in two Half Ironman races.
“I have always thought myself to be relatively fit. Whether it was weight training and running or competing in triathlons. Nothing has ever come close to the success I’ve experienced with CrossFit.”

Determined, driven, passionate and firm is best fitting to describe Martins approach to his coaching, this and his passion of anatomy and physiology helps him get the most out of his clients, his massage background helps him teach mobility and relief from the pains of Crossfit.
