CrossFit Plus is a training society devoted to improving your fitness. We want you to train hard and have fun whilst doing it. Our method to fitness delivers results that far exceed global gyms. No machines, no mirrors, just old-fashioned hard work!

Start up:
Before starting regular classes, CF+ requires that you take part in either the On-Ramp classes or the private start up fundamental sessions
On-Ramp Classes
What’s involved?
3 x 45min-1hr sessions to familiarise yourself with Crossfit & enjoy a workout at the same time with no more than 8 people. Sessions are held Tues, Wed @ 7pm & Fri @ 6pm.
Each session will cover the basic movements utilised in Crossfit, which can be scaled to suit absolutely everyone. Each session will finish with a fun workout involving some of the movements learnt.
At the end of the 3 sessions you are then issued a 7 Day Pass that allows you unlimited access to the CF+ scheduled classes on a daily basis. This will give you interaction with the other athletes that are all members of CF+ in a class environment and will expose you to the types of intensities in the classes.
After your 7 days you are then invited to sign up and become an official part of CrossFit Plus as a member and receive all the additional benefits along with the rest of the athletes here at CrossFit Plus.

Private Start-up sessions
3-4 x 45min-1hr sessions to familiarise you with the equipment, movements, intensity and to prepare you for technical proficiency that is used in CrossFit.
These sessions are ideal for anyone who is unable to make the 6pm On-Ramp classes or who would prefer to learn in a private environment.
At the end of these sessions you will also be issued with a 7Day Pass that allows you unlimited access to the gym on a daily basis.
