How to Get Started
Firstly, you can come in and watch, or take part one of our scheduled CrossFit training sessions (visit our website for current training schedules or contact us at email@example.com).
It is highly recommended that you book into our On-Ramp Program. It is designed for anyone who would like to join one of our group classes. Whether you have been inactive, generally active, or an elite athlete, our ‘On Ramp’ class is tailored to prepare you for technical proficiency.
During this time you will be introduced to our movement curriculum, ether 1 on 1 our in a small group setting (NO more then 8 other beginners,). Movement techniques will be taught along with progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes.
Upon completion, you will be able to attend any of the scheduled CrossFit sessions as a regular, a CrossFit Session Pass Holder or simply pay a drop in fee. Also on conclusion of the ‘On-Ramp’ Program you will be given a free pass, that allows you to take part in any of our scheduled CrossFit classes, during the following week.

Already started CrossFit?
For those of you who have been doing CrossFit for a little while by following the WODs online and want to start the real deal you might be able to graduate straight into our group sessions with just a few personal training sessions.
If you come in low key, acceptable and respectful and have sound technique you may very well be able to go straight into our group sessions right away.
