CrossFit Pluses second annual Crossfit event, we are turning 2.
Saturday 8th September 2012
The GAMES will be open to all athletes, of every fitness level
As last year there will be 2 divisions;
-Advanced Male/Female.
-Open Male/Female (option to scale workouts),
Be prepped for at lest 2 WODs.

**As last year, we will need help from the whole CF+ Community to make this event run smooth again, from judging to marshalling so even if you are not compete, your help will be greatly appreciate for yet another successful day.
