-Snatch grip dead lift

 

B] Metcon .1

AMRAP, 6 minutes of:

-Walking lunges HOH 12m

-back wards walking lunges 12m

-12 ring dips

C] Metcon .2

Teams of 2

10 rounds for time of:

-3 HSPU

-6 Dead lift 105/80kg

-12 pull ups

-24 double unders

*Once an athlete start an exercise in any given round he/she must finish the required reps before the other athlete can take over.

-12 minute cap-
