The program; just like CrossFit program in general, is designed for universal scalability making it great for any committed young individual regardless of his/her ability. We’ve used the same routines across the board. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs are the same – they only differ by degree not kind. “Our programming is predominately focused around the 10 General Physical skills”.
